FAQ
-
What is your availability?
I offer sessions Monday-Friday from as early as 8am to as late as 7pm to accommodate as many people as I can. I don't regularly schedule sessions on weekends, but may occasionally due to rescheduling or for an in-person food exposure.
-
How frequently will we meet?
This truly comes down to your individual needs. Typically I meet with clients either weekly, biweekly, or on a monthly basis depending how much support they need and what's realistic for their schedule.
-
Do you see clients outside of Florida?
At this time, I'm only licensed to practice in the state of Florida. For dietitians, some states require licensure or certification, other states have less regulations. For more information please see the CDR state licensure map: https://www.cdrnet.org/LicensureMap

How do you keep clients accountable virtually?
Eating disorder treatment is usually through a collaborative approach. I'll be in contact with the other providers of your team (ie. doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, etc.) to help hold you accountable and keep you safe. In between our sessions you'll have access to me via email or text for questions and we'll utilize an interactive food journal if needed.
-
What is your cancellation policy?
Please note, to respect and honor the clinician's time and other client's time, I have and uphold a 24 hour cancellation policy. If the appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, the full fee will be charged.

Do you see people for weight loss?
Absolutely not. This goes against my values as a human and as an eating disorder clinician. If you're open to learning about the potential issues with intentional weight loss then start here.
