A Little About Me

I am a Licensed and Registered Dietitian who is based in Orlando, FL. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Ashland University in Ashland, OH. Why move to Florida you ask? Well, I moved here for the year round sunshine and theme parks.

I was always interested in working with the eating disorder community, even while in undergrad. At the time, I felt like there weren’t many opportunities for dietitians to have lengthy 1:1 time with their patients to actually make a lasting impact and I wanted the work I did to feel meaningful. Since then I have over 5 years of experience working with eating disorders at the residential, PHP/IOP, and outpatient levels of care, and have come across some amazing clinicians and clients along the way who continue to inspire me to grow and evolve.

I’m weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+ friendly so my hope is that my clients feel like they’re entering a safe and supportive place when they come to sessions. I provide a unique approach as I’m not only compassionate but direct, while adding a lot of humor to situations where you may need called out.

Together, through philosophies such as intuitive eating and health at every size my hope is that I can empower my clients to rebuild their relationship with food and their bodies so they can get back to things that they truly enjoy such as traveling, spending time with loved ones, trying new things, movement, and whatever else you feel called to do!
