Weight Inclusive, Trauma-informed Nutrition Therapy
I’m so happy you’re here!
Do you have a poor relationship with food? What about body image? Have you tried every diet that the industry has to offer, but find yourself in a never ending cycle of guilt and shame surrounding your food choices? I'm here to tell you that it's not you who’s to blame, it's diet culture. If you're looking to finally heal your relationship with food and your body, you've come to the right place. Trust me, I know it's hard to unlearn what the dieting industry has proclaimed as "healthy" and "unhealthy" for years, but know that this isn't a journey you have to face alone.
I’ll walk along side you as we implement aspects of intuitive eating and health at every size to develop a positive mindset towards food and your body image. By working together you’ll learn that health is multidimensional and doesn’t just come down to what you eat or what your body looks like. Our overall health also encompasses our mental wellbeing, our sleep, environmental factors, access to healthcare, stress, and our relationship to food (among so many other things). But, that’s why our relationship to food is so important, because it can affect so many different aspects of our lives.
